Take Me Out! is a television dating game show hosted by Jay-R. The show is the Filipino version, based on the Australian game show Taken Out created by FremantleMedia France.

It premiered on April 26, 2010 on GMA Network and is currently shown twice a day.

The show is also renewed for another season.
